As the President of BARS at North American International School, this is the first time I've encountered an organization like this. It has not only impacted me but also those around me in tremendous ways. It has helped us develop many new skills, such as time management, responsibility, and public speaking. Personally, it has improved my ability to handle critical situations and see things from a different perspective. It also taught me to keep my personal life separate from my professional life. As a wise man once told me, “It's nothing personal, it's just business.” We have all grown a lot since the beginning of this program, not only as individuals but also as brothers.

President of BARS
As the Vice President of BARS at North American International School, I have not seen any organization like BARS. It has had a monumental impact not only on me but also on my peers around me. BARS has helped me learn how to manage my time more effectively, improve my communication skills, and become a better leader. It has created this strong brotherhood that keeps us in check and gives opportunities for growth and learning. From my experience at BARS, it is truly a wonderful organization that helps its members achieve soaring heights.
I am looking forward to the future of this institute.
Ali Imran
Vice President of BARS
As the Secretary of BARS at North American International School, I’ve seen the group take off in ways I didn’t expect, and it’s had a huge impact on me personally. Being part of BARS helped me work through some personal struggles and even resolve a feud I had with other students at school. It’s taught me how to communicate better and really listen to others, which has made a big difference in how I handle challenges. I’ve grown a lot, not just as a student, or a secretary, but as a person, thanks to what we’ve built together in BARS. And this is only the beginning..
