Applications for the next academic year open in (add date), one year in advance. Applications for the 2025/26 school year will open on September 18, 2024.
Applications open 12 months before the start of the next academic year and do not carryover from previous years. Every year is a fresh start for applications. Set a reminder in your calendar for the first week of September, and keep an eye on our socials, so you can be among the first to apply.
For overseas applicants, go ahead and apply even if you aren’t sure you are coming. It’s completely free (and relatively painless, we promise!) and at least you get your name on the waiting list instead of leaving it too late.
· During the application, you will be asked for some general information about your child and contact details, and you will be asked to upload some preliminary documents.
· You can expect to receive a confirmation that we have received and reviewed your application within 1-3 business days.
· However, depending on when you apply, we will only proceed to Step 2 when we know of a possible opening.
· A copy of your child’s passport
· A copy of your child’s UAE visa or Emirates ID (if applicable)
· A copy of their most recent report card in English (if applicable | official translations only)
· A copy of any diagnostic testing or educational assessment and/or any psychological assessments in English (if applicable | official translations only)
· The email address of a contact at your child’s school for a reference
Please note: Failure to fully disclose information about a child’s additional learning needs, may put your child’s place in school at risk.
If places are available, you will receive an invitation to submit further information and/or schedule an assessment.
Children applying to KG1 and KG2 will be invited for a ‘Stay and Play’ session or classroom experience at the school. For families who are outside of Dubai, alternative arrangements will be made.
Children applying to Grades 1-11 will take a cognitive ability assessment. For applicants overseas, this step can be completed remotely. Additionally, language proficiency may be assessed as required for appropriate placement.
